  Order Cancellation Due to Payment Issues: Orders may be canceled due to payment issues:

  • If a payment method is declined or unavailable.
  • If payment is not successfully processed within 2-3 days from the attempted purchase.

  Refunds and Returns: 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • There are no refunds on animal deposits. We do not buy animals back if you change your mind. Please refer to our Deposit Warranty.
